After a gap of almost five years, Phil ‘Unabomber’ Laak took the Party Poker 2009 World Open V title last night in an exciting finale at the Palm Beach Casino in Mayfair, London. Playing in the final were Jan Veit(2nd), Luke ‘Fullflush1′ Schwartz(3rd) Laak’s partner Jennifer Tilliy in 4th, Mike Sexton (5th) and Andy Black (6th).

Phil takes the $250,000 first prize cheque away from what has been a very exciting tournament.
